Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then mix in oil, milk, and vanilla.
- Fold in sifted flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Divide batter into three bowls; add food coloring for stripes.
- Pour alternating colored batter into the pan and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Roll the warm cake in a towel with powdered sugar; cool completely.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread filling evenly, re-roll gently.
- Frost with colored icing and decorate as desired.
