Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare mozzarella skulls in a silicone mold and bake for 6-7 minutes until melted.
- Increase oven temperature to 475°F. Halve cherry tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, season, and roast for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice the baguette into ½-inch pieces and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix basil pesto with black gel food coloring to create black pesto.
- Assemble bruschetta by spreading black pesto on toasted bread, topping with roasted tomatoes and mozzarella skulls. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
