Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare muffin tins.
- Mix the Red Velvet Cake mix with eggs and butter until smooth; pour into muffin tins.
- Bake until fluffy; cool on wire racks.
- Prepare frosting by mixing Creme Fantasique with milk until thick; pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
- Create eyeball decorations using fondant; place atop frosted cupcakes and add piping gel for effect.
