  • ½ cup crushed tortilla chips
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 3 fresh jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, soak crushed tortilla chips in milk for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and salt to the soaked chips. Mix until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs (⅓ to ½ cup each) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium heat (350°F – 375°F).
  5. Grill meatballs on the cool side of the grill for 25-35 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
