- 1 chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano

- 1 medium sweet potato, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped parsley or cilantro

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200C (400F) and roast sweet potato wedges tossed in olive oil and paprika for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, grill chicken strips seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine mixed greens, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; toss gently.
- For the herbed yogurt sauce, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice and chopped herbs until smooth.
- Serve grilled chicken alongside roasted sweet potatoes and salad topped with yogurt sauce.
