Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and coat an 11×7-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until smooth.
- Mix in melted butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Layer peach slices evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan, then pour batter over them.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon and finishing sugar on top.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
