Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set.
- Allow cooling before dusting with confectioners’ sugar and cutting into squares.
