Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Place the cod fillets on the baking sheet and brush the glaze generously over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
