- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 block cream cheese
- 10 oz can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz can chili starter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for base)
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
- 5 strips turkey bacon
- Frito's Scoops
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cooked ground chicken, drained diced tomatoes, chili starter, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, hot sauce, and diced onion. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased oven-safe skillet and top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbly at the edges.
- Remove from the oven and add chopped turkey bacon on top; return to bake for another 3–4 minutes until bubbly all over.
- Garnish with diced green onions and serve warm with Frito's Scoops.
