Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in diced peaches gently.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil; fry until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes per side).
- Drain on paper towels and prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over warm fritters before serving.
