- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 package phyllo dough (thawed)
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Layer four sheets of phyllo dough brushed with melted butter, then cut into 3-inch strips.
- Place a piece of feta at one end of each strip and roll tightly while folding in the edges.
- Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with more melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small pan, warm honey over low heat, mix in chili flakes and apple cider vinegar, then drizzle over hot rolls before serving.
