Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease two 8×4-inch bread pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.
- Stir in granulated and brown sugars until combined.
- Create a well in the center; add oil and mix until combined.
- Incorporate eggs two at a time until fully blended.
- Add pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Divide batter between prepared pans.
- For topping: Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over batter and bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
