- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2–3 sliced fresh peaches
- 3 tea bags (black, green, or herbal)
- 6 cups water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, 1 cup of water, and sliced peaches. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
- Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover. Let it sit for 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
- In another pot, boil 6 cups of water and steep tea bags for about 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and refrigerate until chilled.
- Strain the peach syrup into a pitcher to remove fruit pieces, then mix with chilled tea.
- Serve over ice and garnish with extra peach slices or mint if desired.
