- 4 cups diced cooked chicken breast
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound thawed frozen spinach, well-drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, turkey bacon, garlic, ranch dressing, broccoli, and spinach until well-mixed.
- Stir in half of both mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
