- 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 crown broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 large chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 (3oz) packages ramen noodles
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Grate ginger and carrots; slice cabbage, onion, and chicken; cut broccoli.
- Cook noodles: Boil water in a medium pot. Cook ramen according to package instructions (2–3 minutes), drain, and toss with sesame oil.
- Stir-fry chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Add ginger and stir until fragrant (30 seconds). Add chicken strips; cook until no longer pink (about 5 minutes).
- Add veggies: Stir in cabbage, onion, carrots, and broccoli; cook until wilted (5–10 minutes).
- Make sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sriracha sauce, and sugar; mix until sugar dissolves.
- Combine: Pour the sauce over chicken and veggies; add cooked noodles. Gently stir until everything is coated and heated through.
