Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, melted butter, oil, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; add shredded zucchini and half of the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
