Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325F (165C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or two loaf pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients with buttermilk alternately until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake: 90-100 minutes for bundt or 60-70 minutes for loaf pans.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
