Instructions
- Slice apples into 1/2 inch wedges and remove cores.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar; set aside.
- Prepare a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix half of the cinnamon-sugar into the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each apple slice in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place apple slices in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar before serving warm with dipping sauces.
