  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice apples into 1/2 inch wedges and remove cores.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar; set aside.
  3. Prepare a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix half of the cinnamon-sugar into the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
