- Lasagna noodles

Instructions
- Prepare the béchamel sauce by melting butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour until smooth, then gradually add milk while stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce in a baking dish. Layer with noodles, half of the spinach, mozzarella, and béchamel sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
