  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. While pasta cooks, thaw peas and chop Turkey Bacon if necessary.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, Turkey Bacon, and parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over and mix until well combined.
