- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut zucchini into ¼-inch slices and sprinkle with salt; let rest for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sour cream, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan; add minced garlic and cook briefly before incorporating the cream mixture.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella until melted.
- Layer zucchini in a baking dish; pour sauce over it and top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
