  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut zucchini into ¼-inch slices and sprinkle with salt; let rest for 15 minutes.
