- 1 teaspoon 21 Salute Seasoning (or any poultry seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (or similar cheese)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken thighs with seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in an oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and prepare the sauce by adding garlic and flour to the skillet, then whisk in chicken broth and cream until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and bake for about 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
