- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously; let it simmer gently for 3-4 minutes. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, mixing well to coat in the creamy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat to combine flavors.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkle of extra Parmesan if desired.
