- 2 salmon fillets
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot, add fettuccine, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear salmon for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and optional red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Toss cooked fettuccine into the sauce until well-coated; return seared salmon on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
