- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 250g orzo pasta
- 200ml heavy cream
- 60g grated Parmesan cheese
- 200g broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add orzo and cook for about 12 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for approximately 8 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and broccoli florets. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix in chopped parsley before serving.
