- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Cooked pasta of choice (fettuccine or penne)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Mix in cooked pasta and broccoli; fold in sliced chicken before serving.
