- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (diced)

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- For added flavor, toast slivered almonds on a baking sheet at 400°F for about 5 minutes until golden.
- In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, grapes, apple, celery, green onions, slivered almonds (toasted if desired), and dried cranberries.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and stir gently until everything is well coated.
