Instructions
- Thinly slice the cabbage and place in a large bowl.
- Core and dice the apples; add them to the bowl with cabbage.
- Stir in dried cranberries and chopped nuts if using.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey/maple syrup, Dijon mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture; toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
