- 4 cups sweet corn
- 12 slices cooked turkey bacon (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the green onions, jalapeño, and parsley.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, bacon, green onions, jalapeño, cheddar cheese, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix Ranch dressing with mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, buttermilk, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Chill for about 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors.
