Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic until softened (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in flour; cook for another 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk and chicken broth until smooth; cook until thickened (about 5 minutes). Season with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in crabmeat and shrimp until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish; top with cheddar cheese followed by breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with parsley; serve warm.
