Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, brown the ground beef with garlic and onion for about 10 minutes; drain excess liquid.
- Add chopped tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and cover; let it simmer for at least one hour to develop flavors.
- Add rinsed pinto beans and cook for an additional 15 minutes before serving.
