Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and sear until golden brown on both sides; transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, sauté shallots until translucent, then add green beans and garlic; stir until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and coconut cream; nestle chicken back into the pan.
- Simmer until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Stir in lime juice and zest before serving garnished with cilantro.
