Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, lime juice, red chili flakes, and salt.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken skin-side down until browned; flip to brown the other side.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve garnished with lime wedges and chopped cilantro.
