Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In one bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. In another, cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture. Stir in milk and vanilla.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Once cooled, remove centers of cupcakes and fill with caramel sauce.
- For frosting, beat softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth; add caramel and cinnamon until creamy.
- Pipe frosting on each cupcake and top with crushed cereal.
