- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just incorporated.
- Scoop dough into balls, indent centers with your thumb, and chill for one hour.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, re-pressing centers while hot.
- Prepare ganache by heating heavy cream and pouring it over chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
- Fill cookie centers with ganache and chill to set.
