- 1 large egg

- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate ganache for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and coat with chopped hazelnuts. Make an indent in each ball.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Fill indents with caramel sauce and drizzle with chocolate ganache before serving.
