Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.
- In another bowl, mix olive oil with sugars until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream followed by mashed bananas.
- Gently combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just mixed; fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
