Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in semisweet chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
- Press the dough into the prepared pie plate evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes for a gooey center or up to 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
- Allow to cool before slicing into wedges.
