- 3 teaspoons fresh lime zest

- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- Rinse chicken thighs under cold water and pat dry. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, honey, salt, and chili powder until well combined.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill and lightly oil the grates. Grill marinated chicken for about 10 minutes total until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
