Instructions
- Prepare the ranch sauce by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, dill, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Season chicken thighs with oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; refrigerate until ready to grill.
- Cook Turkey Turkey Bacon in a preheated cast iron skillet on the grill until crispy; chop into small pieces.
- Grill seasoned chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through; let rest before slicing.
- Heat tortillas in the skillet with shredded cheese until melted; fold and crisp both sides.
- Assemble tacos by filling tortillas with sliced chicken, bacon pieces, ranch sauce, and additional toppings like chives.
