- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 (15-oz) cans white kidney beans
- 3 fresh jalapeños, diced
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add chicken broth and half-and-half; bring to a boil until thickened.
- Stir in shredded chicken, beans, jalapeños, onion flakes, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cream cheese cubes and cook until melted.
- Serve hot with desired garnishes.
