- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water and drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter; season and sear the chicken until golden-brown and cooked through.
- Prepare the Alfredo sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, then adding cream and cheeses until smooth.
- Combine linguine and sauce; toss well to coat.
- Serve topped with Cajun chicken bites and garnish if desired.
