- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 10.5 ounces mini vegan marshmallows
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 5.7 ounces Butterfinger candy bars (3 bars or 9 Fun Size)
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Crush the Butterfingers in a plastic bag using a rolling pin or mallet.
- In a non-stick pot over medium heat, melt the butter and mini vegan marshmallows until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed Butterfingers gently.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and mix until coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish using a greased rubber spatula.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
