Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, water, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over each piece.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest before serving.
