Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it froth for about 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, eggs, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture, stirring until combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out to ½-inch thickness; cut into circles and allow to rise again for another 30 minutes.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry each donut for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Fill with vanilla pudding using a piping bag and dip the tops in chocolate ganache.
