  6. Roll out to ½-inch thickness; cut into circles and allow to rise again for another 30 minutes.
  7. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry each donut for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  8. Fill with vanilla pudding using a piping bag and dip the tops in chocolate ganache.
