- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 egg yolks
- Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, black cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Cream together softened butter and sugars in a stand mixer; add egg yolks and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough, flatten it, add cheesecake filling, and enclose completely.
- Roll in black cocoa sugar and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set yet soft.
