- 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- Minced ginger and garlic
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with light soy sauce, Shaoxing vinegar, and cornstarch for 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet; sear the marinated chicken until browned, then set aside.
- Stir-fry ginger, garlic, onion, and bell peppers until tender.
- Add the prepared sauce to the skillet; stir until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet; toss everything together until well-coated.
