Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and crumbled. Season with salt and pepper; drain excess fat and cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, cooked beef, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour dressing over pasta mixture; toss gently to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
