Instructions

  1. Heat milk until lukewarm; whisk in melted butter.
  2. Combine granulated sugar, yeast, salt, mashed banana, and gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until elastic. Let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  4. Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter on top, and sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon and sliced bananas.
