- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 500g potatoes, chopped into chunks

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200C (390F).
- In a roasting pan, arrange the chicken drumsticks alongside the chopped potatoes and carrots.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the marinade over the chicken and vegetables; toss everything until evenly coated.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, turning the vegetables halfway through.
- Once cooked and golden brown, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
